Audiosphere Recording Studio – Terms and Conditions
By booking or using the services of Audiosphere Recording Studio, all clients and their guests agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding with any bookings.
1. Booking and Payment
Studio time must be scheduled in advance and is subject to availability.
Clients agree to pay in full for all reserved studio time and services as outlined in the agreement or confirmation between the client and Audiosphere Recording Studio.
Payment is due upon completion of the session, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
2. Liability and Safety
All clients and guests enter the premises at their own risk.
Audiosphere Recording Studio is not liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage incurred while on studio property.
Clients are solely responsible for the safety and conduct of themselves and any guests they bring onto the premises.
3. Prohibited Conduct
The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances is strictly prohibited anywhere on studio property.
The possession or presence of weapons—including firearms, knives, or any other dangerous items—is strictly prohibited on studio property, regardless of permit or license.
Clients or guests found in violation of these policies will be asked to leave immediately and may be barred from future access.
4. Content Responsibility
Audiosphere Recording Studio provides a creative space but does not monitor or censor content.
The studio assumes no responsibility or liability for any slanderous, defamatory, or unlawful material recorded or produced on-site. Responsibility for content lies entirely with the client.
5. Damage to Studio Property
Clients are financially responsible for any intentional damage to studio equipment, furnishings, or facilities caused by themselves or their guests.
Repair or replacement costs will be determined by the studio and must be paid in full by the responsible party.
6. Conduct and Etiquette
Clients and guests are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at all times.
Abusive language, harassment, discrimination, or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
7. Session Termination
Audiosphere Recording Studio reserves the right to terminate any session at its discretion, without refund, if these terms are violated or if conduct endangers the safety, integrity, or reputation of the studio.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with a booking or entering the premises of Audiosphere Recording Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
